Duration
The Indoor Triathlon is based on distance unlike an outdoor triathlon based on time. The event takes 75 minutes to complete. All participants must start on time.
Scoring
Performance is measured by total distance covered in the time allowed. The more distance you cover, the higher your score.
Starting
Start times are staggered. Four participants will participate in each leg.
Transitions
Transitions between race legs do not figure into results.
Tracking
Staff and volunteers will monitor each participant’s results.
