The EPC Real Estate project proposed for 6201 Johnson Drive will be considered at the Planning Commission meeting May 22.
EPC Real Estate is proposing a five-story, multi-use project at 6201 Johnson Drive, between Lamar and Beverly Avenues on the south side of Johnson Drive. The project would have on-street parking on Johnson Drive and would include 180 apartments, 2-3 restaurants, and a parking garage.
The City Council approved a redevelopment (Tax Increment Financing or TIF) district for the project at the April Council meeting.
