Since April, we’ve suspended shut-offs as a common sense and compassionate response to the difficulties our community is experiencing with the pandemic. We’ve sent weekly communication to delinquent accounts on current balance, encouraging payments to keep balances manageable. As a non-profit utility, it is time to resume our collections program. We are standing by to help struggling customers with payment arrangements, waiver of security deposits (April-August), and financial assistance options. We’re a proud supporter of Johnson County Utility Assistance Partners and are making a $100,000 donation (non-ratepayer funds) to help our customers catch up in these challenging times. Call our Customer Care team today at 913/895-1800.
