Water Fitness Classes
Whether you’re a seasoned water aerobics participant or you’re looking for a unique way to exercise, we’ve got class options for you. To register, give us a call at 913.722.8200.
Water Aerobics
Our water aerobics classes offer a safe, full-body workout with the added fun of being in the water. Tone and strengthen muscles, increase cardiovascular endurance and enjoy the benefits of a well-rounded workout without bearing the strain of traditional cardio workouts.
All fitness classes are included with your PCC membership. Pit stops for non-members are available for $7/visit.
Morning Classes
- Instructed by Shauna Utz
- M-F 8-8:40AM
- M/W/F 8:50-9:30AM

Things to note:
- Refunds not offered for missed classes. Missed classes cannot be made up by attending on a different day or time due to strict capacity limits.
- Credits will be issued with a doctor’s note or if we cancel class for any reason.
Evening Classes
- Instructed by Phyllis Peterson
- M 5:35-6:30PM
Aqua Zumba
This class is designed for people wanting to make a splash with a low-impact, high-energy aquatic workout. Using water resistance, there is less impact on joints so you can really let loose!
